Where is the time going? We can’t believe that we are halfway through the year and now in summer already. It has been a whirlwind few months. We have been busy working on a number of projects; from apex curtains made bespoke to suit triangular pitched windows, to large bifold picture windows with wave curtains and voiles. We have had some exciting and challenging projects!
On the road
We have had visits to “Design Central South West” and the “Curtain and Blind Makers Forum” trade shows which has been a great opportunity to meet up with other design professionals, see new trends and product launches. We also made some great new connections and felt really inspired.
We have recently welcomed both Beaumont Fabrics, GP and J Baker and Maison Pierre Frey to our portfolio of products that we are pleased to offer to our clients. The fabrics have been received really well, and we are excited to see some of these designs fitted into client’s homes very soon.
We have seen a big increase in the desire of both clients and suppliers to have a more sustainable approach in their products and purchases. We are often asked about UK suppliers, the longevity of our products and how many of our new fabrics are made with recycled fabrics.
We believe in supplying bespoke curtains and blinds that are made to last and we are always looking to improve our carbon footprint and encourage and support sustainability. This is something we look forward to sharing more information on as the year progresses.
