Can I see samples before ordering?
Yes, we make our extensive range of fabric books available to you and we bring these to your home during our consultations to help inform our discussions and to see what works best in your chosen space.
Alternatively, take advantage of our free sampling service where selected fabrics of your choice are posted direct to your home for your consideration. This service gives you the opportunity to see and feel a range fabrics all from the comfort of your own home.
Do you provide fitting?
Yes, fitting is included as part of Axford Interiors service.
Our fitters have many years’ experience in fitting all sorts of window dressings – poles and tracks, pelmets, swags and tails, and dressing the curtains once they are hung to get the correct look.
We take down your existing poles and tracks if required and take away the packaging leaving you to enjoy your new curtain, blind or soft furnishings
How do I clean my curtains and blinds?
This is dependent on the type of fabric of the curtain or blind. As a rule, we suggest using a professional cleaning service. As part of our after-care service, you can get in touch with our Design Consultants who love the chance to catch up with our clients. Whatever your query, our Design Consultants are available to provide all kinds of advice – we're are just a call away.
Payment - how do I confirm my order?
We provide you with a written quotation detailing every aspect of your order. Your order is confirmed upon receipt of your deposit payment. We then contact you when your curtains, blinds or soft furnishings are made and the remaining balance is then to be paid. We then arrange a time and date for our fitter to deliver and fit your new product. Payments can be made via card payment over the phone, via BACS or in person.
How long will my order take?
From our written confirmation of your order (confirmed by receipt of your deposit payment) to delivery and fitting in your home: -
Blinds will be delivered and installed within 2-4 weeks. Made-to-measure curtains and roman blinds between 4-8 weeks.
At busy times such as the lead-up to Christmas, delivery and installation times may take a little longer. However, at Axford Interiors, we always seek work flexibly to accomodate your desired timeframes.
Can you supply me with bespoke curtains and blinds using my measurements?
We can, although you may like to take advantage of our inclusive free measuring service which is part of Axford Interiors’ standard service. There may be elements to measuring you may not have thought of.
