We’re not just about curtains and blinds – we are here to help bring our customers’ dream homes to life. We work closely with our clients from beginning to end to provide you with the perfect style, fabric and fit for your home.
Wave curtains are a modern style of curtain that hang in smooth, consistent ripples, creating a soft, flowing look. They’re also known as wave fold or S-fold curtains. Unlike traditional pleated curtains, wave curtains are designed to form a continuous wave pattern when drawn, giving a sleek and contemporary finish.

Bespoke Pinch Pleat Curtains FAQs
What’s the difference between wave curtains and traditional pleated curtains?
Unlike traditional pencil or pinch pleats, wave curtains don’t have gathering at the top. They hang in a smooth, ripple-like pattern, giving a more relaxed and architectural feel.
Do I need a special track for wave curtains?
Yes. Wave curtains require a wave-compatible track or pole with gliders and heading tape designed for the wave system. Standard curtain poles won’t produce the wave effect.
Can I see samples before ordering?
Yes, we make our extensive range of fabrics available to you and we bring these to your home during our consultations to help inform our discussions and to see what works best in your chosen space.
Can I use wave curtains with blackout lining?
Yes. Blackout-lined wave curtains are possible and often used in bedrooms or media rooms, but the wave effect may be slightly stiffer depending on the thickness of the lining.
Are wave curtains easy to clean and maintain?
Most wave curtain fabrics are dry-cleanable or machine-washable depending on the fabric type. The wave heading system doesn’t require much maintenance—just occasional glider checks.
