Manufacture

Couldn't be more pleased with this company. Lara provided excellent end to end service from first contact to the final installation of 4 electronically operated door blinds. She was very personable, professional, enthusiastic and knowledgeable and kept us in touch with progress at all stages. Unfortunately, we encountered a slight hitch with the original order of blinds (not Lara's fault) and this was resolved within a matter of hours and without any fuss with replacement items being available within a few days. Faced with having to dress several windows in my new house I was completely overwhelmed, especially having visited several local soft finishing shops and being presented with multiple shelves of fabric catalogues. From the moment I contacted Lara things changed. She was quickly able to get a sense of what I was looking to achieve just by our first telephone conversation. Our subsequent meeting was therefore more focused with a carefully selected range of fabric catalogues. Throughout I have been so impressed by Lara’s designer’s eye and style advice. She is also super organised and always responds quickly to any contact. Constantly cheerful and enthusiastic and keen to give the best customer service and achieve exactly the right look for each of the rooms we were looking at. The fitting was also of very high quality and Paul, the fitter, was so friendly and professional. I absolutely love my curtains, they are quite frankly perfect!

How do I measure my window for curtains?
At Axford Interiors, our design team will measure your window space during your initial consultation. We will then send the measurements to our manufacturers before creation.
However, if you would like to measure the space yourself beforehand, begin by measuring the width of your desired window. Decide what length of curtain you like – whether to the sill, below it, or to the floor.
Next, consider if you would like straight curtains or a puddled effect. Measure the curtain size depending on the desired effect.
Both of these measurements combined should give you an approximate idea of measurements for your new curtains.
